Where we deliver

We deliver across India through third-party courier partners. A small number of remote PIN codes cannot be served; if yours is one of them we will contact you after you order and refund you in full if you have already paid.

We do not ship outside India.

Delivery charges

Delivery is a flat ₹70 per order, and is free on orders of ₹999 and above.

The charge is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay. There are no other handling or packing fees, and GST is not applicable to our sales.

Dispatch time

Everything is made in small batches, so orders are packed fresh rather than picked off a shelf. We normally dispatch within 2 to 3 working days of confirming your order.

A few items are prepared to order and can take a little longer. If that applies to your order we will tell you when we confirm it. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. Towns and villages served by a single daily courier run can take longer.

These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. We cannot commit to a delivery on a fixed date or time slot.

Tracking your order

We share the courier name and tracking reference on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is picked up, so you can follow it yourself. Your order number stays the same throughout.

Packaging

Pickles and podis are packed in sealed food-grade containers and cushioned for transit. Sweets and snacks are packed to stay fresh for the journey. If a seal looks broken when the parcel reaches you, tell us before using the product.

When your parcel arrives

Please check the parcel and its contents on arrival. If anything is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us within 48 hours with photographs — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how we put it right.
