Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- Order details — your name, mobile number, delivery address with PIN code, any delivery note you add, and the items and quantities you order.
- Email address — we send your order receipt there, and the shop receives your order and contact details by email so it can prepare and deliver your order.
- Payment reference — for online payments we store the gateway's transaction reference so we can match your payment to your order. We never receive your card, UPI or bank credentials.
- Technical data — your IP address is recorded with the order to limit abuse, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
Why we use it
We use these details only to prepare, pack and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, to handle cancellations and refunds, to keep basic business records, and to prevent fraudulent or abusive ordering.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising or send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Cookies and browser storage
Your cart, and the delivery details you last entered, are kept in your own browser's local storage so they are there next time you shop on the same device. They are not sent to us until you place an order. Clearing your browser data removes them.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. A single session cookie is used only on our staff order page, which customers never see.
Who else sees your details
- Courier partners — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver the parcel.
- Payment gateway — if you pay online, the gateway processes the payment under its own privacy policy.
- Hosting provider — this website and its order records are hosted on Hostinger servers in India.
- WhatsApp — only if you choose to message us there. WhatsApp is a separate service with its own terms.
- We may also disclose details if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and dispute purposes, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete details we no longer need to keep.
